Paul is the Chairman of Refine Events. He is also the founder and Director of Lemon Group International Ltd, a UK-based investment company.
In 2009 he founded The Asian Awards, which honours the world's most accomplished Asians across business, culture, science and public life. He is also the founder of the British Science Awards and managing partner on the British Photography Awards.
Paul speaks on Asian business, entrepreneurship, motivation and corporate development. His goal is to make the businesses and people he works with happy and profitable. He is an official LinkedIn Influencer.
Paul was honoured with an OBE from Her Majesty The Queen in 2022 for services to business and philanthropy.
